Beavers is the first step in scouting. Beavers provides a fun and adventurous programme for boys and girls aged between six and eight. The programme consists of outdoor activities, creative play, games and crafts. The beavers enjoy time with their friends and make lots of new ones, they learn how to get along within a group and develop confidence in themselves. Beavers get a taste of outdoor fun and learn about the environment. When a beaver reaches the age of eight they are moved up to cubs.
